Customer Service At CCS we believe that when we sell our customers a terminal it is only right that you should come back to CCS with any problems you may experience. Therefore CCS offers all of our merchants with a personalized helpdesk based in the UK from 9 am – 9 pm Mon-Sat. Your business does not close at 5 pm, so we don’t either. Of course we understand the need for additional helpdesk support, which is why we also provide helpdesk cover from our terminal suppliers, which is available 365 days a year. If your terminal breaks down it will be replaced within 1 working day – guaranteed. |
Setup Timescales Working with two Acquiring Banks enables CCS to make the best recommendation for your business, both our Acquiring Partners pride themselves in a 24hr turnaround on all applications received. CCS will provide you with your own account manager who will assist you with completing the necessary forms and enabling CCS to submit them to the Banks for processing in perfect condition. On average it takes CCS 5 working days to supply our merchants with a fully operational terminal once a completed merchant application has been submitted. To put this is to context, the industry standard is 4-6 weeks. |
