Square, iPhone application for card processing

A new I Phone app currently in public beta lets anyone with an I Phone accept payments with a credit card.

This will not be an ideal solution for most businesses but could be used ideally between friends and small traders, obviously the issue of security to prevent fraud needs to be addressed.
